Privacy Policy

AgentMailMagic Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates AgentMailMagic, a direct-mail platform for real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have. By using AgentMailMagic you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Name, business name, email address, phone number, and any other information you provide when you sign up, set up a campaign, or contact support.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe shares limited transaction metadata (last four digits, card brand, billing ZIP) so we can display your billing history and handle refunds.
  • Mailing list / recipient data. The names, mailing addresses, and public property records you upload or that we assemble on your behalf to print and mail postcards.
  • Usage data. Pages visited, links clicked, IP address, device and browser information, referrer, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP.
  • Tracking data. Calls placed to the tracked phone numbers we print, landing-page visits, and other engagement signals tied to postcards we print on your behalf.

How we use information

  • To print, mail, and track your campaigns.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve AgentMailMagic, including analytics and product research.
  • To communicate with you about your account and the service.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Sharing with third parties

We share data only with vendors that help us run AgentMailMagic: payment processors (Stripe), print and mail fulfillment partners, cloud-hosting and storage providers, analytics tools (including PostHog), advertising and measurement platforms (including Meta Platforms, Inc. — see below), and customer-support systems. These providers are contractually limited to using information for our purposes. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies to recognize repeat visitors, remember preferences, and measure how AgentMailMagic is used. Our analytics partner may record session interactions (clicks, scrolls, typing into non-sensitive fields). Password fields and other inputs marked sensitive are masked.

Advertising and Meta Business Tools

Every page of this site loads Meta Business Tools — specifically the Meta Pixel. The Pixel collects information about your visit, including the pages you view, the buttons and links you click, the referring page, and your device, browser, and IP address, and shares that information with Meta Platforms, Inc.

We use this data to measure how our advertising performs, to build audiences for ad targeting (including showing ads to people whose activity resembles that of our customers), and to reach visitors who did not complete a purchase. Meta processes the data it receives in accordance with its own terms and data policy, and may combine it with information it already holds about you.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at aboutads.info, and you can control how Meta uses your data for advertising in the ad settings of your Meta account. Browser-level cookie controls and “Do Not Track”-style settings will also limit what the Pixel can collect.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@agentmailmagic.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.

Data retention

We retain account information for the life of your account and campaign data for as long as it is required to fulfill your campaigns, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time using the contact information below.

Security

We use industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

AgentMailMagic is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any change. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by email.
