Which homes get cards each month?

Each month we mail the next 200 homes in your area (or your list), working outward from where you choose. When every home has had a card, we start again from the top. Want the same homes to hear from you 2 or 3 months in a row before moving on? Set that on your plan page anytime.

When will my cards actually mail?

You see your card before anything prints — tell us to stop any time before production. Otherwise your cards join the next print batch, and most land in mailboxes within 5–7 business days of mailing.

Do I pick my exact neighborhood?

Yes, right after payment. You’ll choose a ZIP code or draw your exact farm area on a map (about 2 minutes), and you see your card before anything prints.

What's printed on each card?

The front carries a unique AI image of that homeowner’s actual house, their address, and an online home-value estimate. The back carries your name, photo, branding, and contact details, with a tracked phone number so you know exactly which calls came from this drop.

What if my area is already taken?

Each neighborhood is exclusive to one agent, enforced at purchase. If your exact area is claimed, email hello@agentmailmagic.com and we’ll help you find an open area nearby. If we can’t, we’ll refund you in full: nothing has printed, nothing is owed.

How does billing work? How do I cancel?

$249 today, then $249/mo. 3-month minimum, then month-to-month; cancel online anytime after 3rd month. Each next month bills only after the previous month’s cards have mailed. Cancel online from the plan link in your receipt: no call, no fee. Canceling inside the 3-month minimum stops the plan once those 3 payments are made.
