Ava adapts
Plans change. Ava keeps up.
Tell her what changed the way you'd tell an assistant. She moves the dates, keeps track of who you're waiting on, and nudges you at the right moment. No settings, no forms.
Waiting on someone? Text “still waiting on the appraisal.” A couple of days later Ava asks if it came in, and writes the nudge for you to send when their number is saved.
Dates move with you. “Move the Garcias to Friday” or “the inspection got pushed to Tuesday”: the to-do, the reminder and your brief all follow.
Rough times are fine. “Before the trip” or “this week” becomes a real due time she says back, so you can fix it in a word.
She remembers, then lets go. “Dan called, it's approved” closes it out. She asks at most 3 times, never in a text of its own.
AvaWednesday's brief
AvaSeller timelines
A seller says “maybe spring.” Ava plans every follow-up.
Tell Ava who's thinking of selling and when. She works back from the list date and texts you the plan: discovery call, CMA, walkthrough, listing appointment. Every step lands in your brief, with check-in reminders in between so the seller never goes cold.
Plans change. Dates move. Text “she pushed to June” and the plan shifts. Nothing gets dropped.
Your process, not ours. Skip the steps you don't do. Add your own.
“She signed!” Ava offers the next plan: listing prep, go-live and offers. Say yes and it's on your list.
Buyers too. Mention a buyer and Ava offers their plan: lender, buyer consult, showings, weekly check-ins.

Click-to-send drafts
Ava suggests client messages. You hit send.
When a text to a client would help, Ava writes it and texts you a link. Tap it, and your Messages app opens with the text filled in. Edit or send.
From your number. Clients hear from you, not a bot.
Nothing goes out without your tap. Ask for a draft now or with a reminder.
AvaHi Maria, confirming tomorrow's showing at 18 Oak St is now 5:30pm. See you there!
Opens in your Messages app. You hit send.
The CRM fills itself in
Real records behind the scenes. You never have to open them.
Call or text it in
People, notes, tasks and showing results, saved as you talk.
CC Ava on client emails
Forward one with a note, or CC Ava. She files it and never replies to your client.
Snap a receipt or invoice
Ava reads it, files it and sets the to-do. Later, ask “what invoices do I have?”
New leads, handled
Forward a Zillow or website lead. Ava saves it, texts you, and can email them your intro.
Deals and closing dates
Describe the deal in one sentence. Contract dates become reminders.
Every property, remembered
Ask “what do I know about 412 Elm?” Notes, showings, who's seen it.
Calendar sync
Google Calendar. Showings land in your brief, and Ava finds your free times.
Repeating reminders
“Every other Friday” or “the 1st and 15th.” Set it once by text.
Old to-dos, cleared
Event passed? Ava flags old to-dos in your brief. Reply “keep” or she clears them.
Stats when you ask
Ask anytime: “How'd I do this month?” Showings, conversations, tasks done, what's open.
Bring your contacts
Text a CSV or vCard. Ava flags past clients' purchase anniversaries.
Voice notes (iPhone)
Say “Hey Siri, note for Ava.”
Speed to lead
New leads hear back right away. Even at 11pm.
Send your Zillow, Realtor.com or website leads to your private Ava address. She saves each one, texts you, and, if you ask, emails them an intro with your contact card. Any hour, even mid-showing.
Email only. Ava never texts or calls your leads.
Replies come to you. Ava stays out of the conversation.
Your words, if you like. Write your own intro. You get a copy of the first 3.

Questions
Is this another CRM?
No. There's nothing to log into or keep updated. Ava is an AI assistant you call or text, and she keeps the records for you. Want to see them? Text “link.”
How do I start?
Call Ava at (415) 417-1011 (or text Ava). She asks a few questions (name, market, brief time), and you reply YES to her text. No downloads needed.
Can Ava answer my Zillow leads?
She can email each new lead an intro right away, with your contact card, if you ask (for one lead, or every new one). You get a private address: set Zillow, Realtor.com or your website to send leads there, or just forward them. Replies go straight to you.
What can I text Ava a photo of?
Invoices (even handwritten), receipts, bills, contracts, business cards, listing screenshots, photos of a home. Ava reads it, files it under the right property or person, and adds what comes next: a “Pay Ace Plumbing $175” to-do, a new contact, a saved listing. She repeats the numbers back so you can catch a misread. Later, ask “what invoices do I have for Maple?” Full card and account numbers are masked.
What happens after a seller signs?
Ava starts a new timeline for the sale: disclosures, repairs and staging, photos, go-live, then offers and closing. Tell her the contract in one sentence and its dates become reminders too. Ask “what's closing this month?” anytime.
How is this different from my phone's reminders?
A phone reminder goes off at a time you set and knows nothing else. Ava picks things up from what you already tell her: who you're waiting on, what moved, what's done. She checks back when it's due, moves the plan when it changes, and writes the follow-up text for you to send.
How many texts will I get?
Usually 2–4 a day: your morning brief, reminders you set and an evening check-in. You pick the times and days. Traveling? Tell Ava and she can pause them. Reply STOP anytime.
Does it work with my calendar and contacts?
Yes. Google Calendar, and contacts by CSV or vCard. Ava sends a client a calendar invite only when you ask, from your own calendar. Google Calendar setup steps
